The LSS Lean Assessment

LSS has developed a method of providing your organisation with an appraisal of where you are on your lean journey. Your "line in the sand" if you like. The assessment provides important information on present strengths and helps identify the areas for possible improvement.

We can provide you with a report, based upon the assessment, which can be used to help plan your lean journey. The report will provide the groundwork for building your Lean Strategy that can help your improvement teams to drive results and take your business towards meeting your strategy.

LSS will meet with you to go over the Lean Assessment, agree on the content, and understand more about your business and your aims. You have control over the depth the assessment takes, with up to 13 important business areas covered within the assessment. So your assessment becomes based upon your immediate needs.

Once completed, you can expect on-site feedback at the end of the day, with a completed report for review in 24 hours if you wish.
