LSS Training Modules

LSS has developed training modules to promote skills in Lean improvement techniques, leadership and change management. With over 30 modules developed LSS can tailor your training needs to fit your improvement strategy.

LSS is proud to be one of the few independent trainers working with the National Skills Academy for Manufacturing. The NSA-M promotes the highest standards of training and will only include trainers who have gone through their own assessment and training programmes to provide training in Business Improvement Techniques at NVQ level. So you can be confident in the training you receive.

Training is crucial to the development of individuals and teams at every level of the organisation when implementing Lean improvements. Every tier within the business must understand, and support, the techniques and culture that is required to sustain improvement necessary to achieve the Lean Strategy of the organisation. Every organisation is filled with skilled and knowledgeable individuals. Coupling their knowledge with the methods and techniques for improvement in the workplace will increase their involvement, raise their enthusiasm and motivate them to drive change into their workplace. With your support, they can start to generate new ideas, become innovative and challenge process.

LSS can provide senior, middle and shop floor training to ensure engagement at every level. Training will be customised to each individual organisation - because every organisation is different. LSS looks to develop the skill sets of your teams so that they can sustain their results; but more importantly to sustain the culture of change within the business. LSS will follow training with active projects, developing teams further by helping them to apply their knowledge. We then mentor your teams to develop, and conclude, their own projects. Finally they can drive solo and we will help them review their projects and outcomes.
